windshield rust - need to vent

On my 94 bmw I had the windshield replaced because I cracked in attempt to remove the rearview mirror. The person who replaced it must have not done a good job because rust is starting to appear on the top of the roof.

Yea, thats what usually happens on a replaced window, they dont give a fawk. By the time the rust comes up, its 3 years down the road and the installer is long gone. A blower for sure!
