My wheels are stamped 8.5". And it's "bead to bead." If I measure from lip to lip, it was around 9.5 or 10, can't remember.
From the link you posted, the stamped wheel width is the "rim width" and not the "overall rim width."

This is exactly what I need to know. If this the case, then my new setup will be 9" on all 4"s or 9.5" rear with 9" front.
Any other input welcomed. I'm not really looking to mutate my car to fit 10" all around. No matter how fun it could be.

The rim width shouldn't be a problem with either 8.5-10. It's the offset. With the high offset, you have a chance of hitting the inner suspension parts with your wheels/tires. Going with a really low offset, it might end up sticking out way too much, even after fender rolling/flare/pull. As long as you stay with the right offset for the rim width(but nothing crazy width), then it should fit.
btw, what size tires are you planning on using? That's also important to consider. It's actually better to decide what size tires you want to run, then find/decide the wheel dimensions that will fit your car.
