PSI Help with Michelin's?

hey all i have the Michelin pilot sport a/s tires on my car. they are 17s and i have the staggered fit. anyways it say max psi is 51? that seems crazy too me. has anyone had these tires on their bimmer and what psi did you usually keep them at?

Check your driver side door jamb for proper tire pressure values. Do not fill to 51 psi!

anywhere from 32-35 should be good.
