328is manual transmission fluid capacity

I have searched to find little information on this, none of which was the same. Does anyone know the capacity of the manual e36 328 trannys? how about the differential? I am planning on changing both of these today. Thanks

Use royal purple or red line, pref red line

Just did the tranny fluid with red line. Thank you for the e36 chart, it's very helpful. Needed a 15mm for the differential, only one I didn't have.. thanks again
