I jsut bought some TSW's that have bridgestone potenzas 245/45/18s on them, Its extremely hard to find a rim that will fit a e39 (This one did) but with rub on the caliper. I have been told that I will need almost a 20mm spacer for them to fit.... Where is the best place to find one, and how long is the process of putting on the spacer. Sorry for the novice questions....
Also I've been hearing that it wont because, Ill have to get longer studs for everything to fit.... This true?
Please Please Please help.

Its not the tires...its the offset on the wheel...
I run a 17x9 et 45 with 275/40's for autox.
To run these I use a 10mm spacers for the rear and 20mm for the front.
You will need lug studs to run the 20mm spacers. They aren't cheep to do but worth every penny.

H&R makes good spacers. I found another company that makes spacers. I used their 10mm ones after my H&R ones basically fell apart.

Nice thing about these is they are drilled to accept (included) a rotor bolt through them. I change from DD wheels to autox wheels all the time. I hate it when the spacer sticks to the wheel..with these..never happens. Good quality stuff for good prices. Check them out. Hope that answers some of your questions.
