19X10's in the rear

I just purchased 2 19X8.5 BBS Air II cy's for my e39 530i with sports package and looking to put 19X10's in the rear, will I need to do any mods to fit them?

The answer depends entirely on the car..

In both of your cases, yes, you can fit 10s on an e39 and e90. Depending on tire size and offset, you might need to roll your fenders. You'll need to search for the correct offsets and tire sizes for your own car.
