I took all plugs out on right side, swapped them with NKG plugs I had in my car before cleaned everything with electric connection cleaner (grounds, plugs)
And started the car, there was no arcing on the right side anymore (as far as I could tell) but after I drove for 1 hour or so, arcing came back.
What gives?
Arcing where to where? Coil Boots cracked?

No coils boots are brand new and I tried different boots/coils. The only when it cleared up temporary (I think) was when I took spark plug out cleaned everything in there and put in 'new' plug in then sprayed electrical cleaner on it and put it back in.
But it's doing it again now.. I will pull plug out tommorow and look if it looks different from yesterday when I put it in.

Is the ground strap connected properly?

Yes, it's connected from the block to top of the coil and secured by bolt on top of it on both sides

IDK if this helps, but on my car the strap is attached to the ignition coil nut on the left side of the coil. this may make a difference.

Coils are cracked - they need to be replaced. If you continue to drive it as you are you risk damaging the ecu.

Sorry did not see you respond, that would be possible but can't be... I have 16 coils (new ones from FPGroton and old ones (Bremi OEM), all 8 are doing this and if I swap them around I get same effect.

Id check all the wiring to the harness.

LOL, it doesn't matter and it's the only way you can mount it.
I'm sure you were being sarcastic though.

the only other possibility is that you lost the ground for the engine. but that still makes no sense.
the coils cant fire anywhere but out the bottom. ie thru the spark plug. it is the path of least resistance, unless they are cracked.

Could it be normal operation? I mean.. could you guys check your coils? It's arcing like from the side on all the coils, maybe somehow you can see firing on the bottom from top?
I will double check grounds but... they looked fine.

Is it possible that the coil's aren't properly engaging with the spark plug, so it's easier to arc to the engine?
I would find a set of OEM plugs and try them to rule out one variable.
Also, maybe a little dielectric grease on the boots to seal them to the plugs?

It's weird that you have all 8 arcing, very rare that all go bad at the same time.
