oil problem! help please

I just changed the oil of my 2007 3.20i convertible (eu) and used 5W-30 A1 Castrol Magnatec.. is it suitable for my car?.. if it's not is it require an immediate change? or can i use it for 5000kms?

Don't think that is an LL01 certified oil, but to be honest, I am not sure what BMW recommends for the European markets. Your gas specs are different so consequently I suspect that the oil specs may also be different (although not necessarily). I would suggest you consult your manual and if it is not an approved oil and you want to follow the BMW CBS oil change intervals, change it to an approved brand in the near future.

actually its not an approved oil for my car.. i used it because of a misunderstanding.. i decide to change it soon!
