Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to replace my rad and I bought (actually was sold) the wrong rad. I want to know how to track a part. If anyone knows how, your help is greatly appreciated!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi 1990ownthebmw, go to google and type in 'realoem'. that will give you the ability to search the correct parts for your vehicle by using the last 7 digits of your vin#.
Hope this is what you are asking.
Cheers, Weisebar.

In Chicago? Call Northside 800 247 2491
Give them the last 7 digits of your VIN, they'll get you the right one at a good price.

well..........i think op was trying to trace the rad back to the chasis it belonged to...in an attempt to verify that the part is the wrong part....we're not all experts here so please lets not be harsh...

Realoem's the source, Thanx rossi,weisebar:>

Now look what you done, he hasn't posted a second post. He better get use to the humour on this board or else he's not gonna last long.

I was going to say that if he wanted to track a part he needs to put it on his race car and take it to the track. LOL

So I shouldn't be buying parts for my PORSCHE or Audi at Pep Girl or WALLY MART? LOL
