Just picked up my car after getting this Hamann front bumper installed:

The problem I am having is with the driving lights (DL). When the DL button is pushed, just the inner DLs light up. The outer DLs only show when the left or right turn signals (TS) are engaged. Also, the outer DL will flash when the TS is engaged.
I am not sure what they did and was wondering if anyone has installed this bumper and what did you do to remedy this or what do I need to do to fix this issue?
