View Full Version : What is this headlight adapter "officially" called?

My passenger side headlight has been on the fritz for a few days now, going on and off as it pleases. Today it finally bit the dust and stopped working entirely, so I finally got the motivation to pull the bulb and do some investigating (even though it's raining right now...)

As you can see from the picture below, the adapter that connects to the bulb is fried.

The real question: Does anyone know what this part is "officially" called so I can find a new one? I tried searching "headlight harness" and a few others and got nothing, so here I am. :eyecrazy

You can pick up one of those at any parts store. Just splice the new one onto the old wires, solder it and heat shrink it. Make sure you slide the heat shrink onto the wire before you solder it together. lol

You can get those at Autozone or Pep Boys for a few bucks...
