Hey guys, I was wondering if you thought this was a good deal:

It seems like a really good deal and I am seriously considering it!
A comparable new 2011 model would be about 37000 dollars.
Thanks,

I think that is a fair deal for a 08 328. You are looking at a fairly base model car. It appears to lack the premium, sport, and cold weather packs, but it has the stand alone power seats and heated seats. The seats appear to be leatherette and it has an auto tranny. You many want to ask if it has bluetooth.
But yeah it is a fair deal, as long as there have been no accidents or floods, (use carfax as a filter only, it doesn't necessarily mean that it HASN'T been in an accident) Offer them 1,000 under what they are asking.

Thanks PwrdbyM. I did ask if it has Bluetooth and the sales guy says it does. It also has a factory warranty till sept 2012.
I think it has the cold weather package based on the heated seats.
Im going to check it out this Sunday
Is not having the sports package a really bad thing? Will it really effect the handling?

Did you get it? That's a good deal. Sport Packages do help the handling a bit but if you're not worried too much about BMW busting your a** about aftermarket modifications, get upgraded suspension which undoubtedly be even better :)
