So, replacing the brakes on my newish to me car, and pulled off the rear rotor/drum on the right rear to find that was no emergancy brake assembly, which really explains why it felt so weak on the emergancy brake.

You can see that it is missing it, so I am here looking for one now. The car is a 1991 318is, it looks as if the bottom mounts are there still, and I know the cable works, just need the rest of the mechanism that clamps the drum when the emergancy brake is pulled.
Please let me know if you have what I am looking for, and a price you would be wanting. I think I can get one at a pick-and-pull, but I figured I would check here first. Shipping would be to 98801 also.
