Remapping 335D

Has anyone had positive experiences with power upgrades via remapping? I've seen claims that increased power with better fuel economy can be achieved while still maintainning the car's warranty. I love to hear from people who have made the leap.

I haven't remapped but did buy a Diesel Control Module which gives a noticeable increase in power. Not sure about whether fuel economy is better or worse but I get 29.4 mpg according to the car's computer.
