Nice,

Here is the van I built a couple years ago. I sold it and bought the 7.

Wife tried to get me to find this for months. Couldn't import cause its too new.:( Would drive that minivan with children screaming in the back fighting over snacks, toys, etc.

Not a big fan of the Honda but I love the Astro van you built.

Thanks! I really loved that van, but it became too aggressive to be a tame street car. I was able to sell it for enough to get the 7 so I can't complain. It now lives a happy life as a demo car for a local audio shop.

I would have never imagined that they make body kits for mini vans.
Well I guess there is a first time for everything, the Honda looks pretty good.

Kinda straying from the "mini-van" spec, IMO. Looks more like a station wagon. Nice, good aggressive look, but I'd take that Astro first given the option. If I get a van I want something with decent storage, otherwise kinda defeats the purpose.

It's def a SW, not a minivan. And it's FWD isn't it?

Xephius

The Honda is Fwd, the Astro I built was RWD with posi. ;)

Hands down the best minivan ever. Honda failed by never selling it here in North America; we got the lamer, uglier Odyssey instead.

Looks great in black, slammed and hellaflush. :D

yall missing the true identity of this minivan....Notice the rear doors do NOT SLIDE...Pure custom Odyssey.....Astro van over this? lol.....Defeats the purpose of a minivan?...Honestly WGF? >> Ill trade in this Alpina because its Not practical.....

I'm with the OP on this one. The VIP'd out Odyssey posted takes the Astro hands down IMO. Not to mention it's an Absolute, with sportier suspension, AWD and a tuned engine complete with i-VTEC. It bugs me how much good stuff Japan never decided to sell on our side of the pond. :(

And not to say the Astro isn't cool or without merit; anyone who scoffs at this LS1 equipped pimp-mobile needs a smack. I just have a soft spot for sexy minivans slammed to the pavement. Maybe 'cause I grew up in 'em... Well, not slammed. :rofl

Here's a nice one, with sexy wheels:

This generation Odyssey was highly popular in Japan, and received a lot of aftermarket support from Mugen, Spoon and even Tein. I'd gladly let my old lady be a "soccer mom" in this minivan! :D
