For those of you who have done this swap or are famililar with it, I'm planning on picking up some Bilsteins to replace the front EDC this week. When purchasing, are there other parts I need to buy? The saleman suggested I needed some additional pieces since I was going away from my OEM S-EDC to the non-EDC Bilsteins. I don't believe I saw that in anyone's write up, so I'm asking to make sure. Thanks.

Look at the SLS delete thread in the DIY section... I am pretty sure you will need the new smaller mounts and washers/plates....

you really dont want the shock poking through the mount and into your hood...

^Thats only on the rears. Fronts are direct swap. I would recommend getting new mounts anyway as they age like everything else.

Edwin and GSXR, Are those items I can get online too, or should I go to the dealer for them?

I got them from a vendor on the forums. Search for cmuzzy. He has some great prices and he got them to me faster than anyone else could.

Here it is
