Should fit fine with fender flares. It will take a lot more than just a fender roll to make them fit.
BBK clearance depends on the wheel design.

i dont think u will have any problems with the bbk but fitting 10 wide is gonna require more than a fender roll...

They wont fit even with a flare and super stretched tires.
You'll need to weld on flares similar in size to an E46 M3. These will give you enough room and look awesome.

Agreed. I ran 18x9.5 et23 with 235s on my car in the rear. My rear fenders were lightly rolled and it just barely fit but did rub on occasion. A very good roll and I would have had more than enough room. A good fender pull and I could have fit some 255s back there.
There was a tv sedan with 18x9.5 et 19 all around with 265 in the showroom a short while back. So a 18x10 et 19 with say 245s should go with a few hours work on the fenders.

If you had e46 M3 flares welded on and smoothed it would look perfect like it came from the factory.
I would DEFINITELY go with ET19 offset front if your not running coilovers as running factory style struts you'll still have clearance. People run 18x8.5 ET40 rims on the front all the time and your inner lip will still be further from the strut than these.
You'll have to run a 255/35 tyre stretched to make things easy to fit. 265/35 tyres will also fit with the M3 guards, just might not sit very low.
If you do not go with welded on flares and try to just pump the standard guards you will require MASSIVE amounts of camber for everything to fit. 4 degrees camber front and rear. 255/35 tyres will be a must.

That is a 10inch wide rim with a super stretched 235 tyre.
His offset is ET38.. Your wheel is going to sit a further 19mm OUT!!!
E46's 330 guards are already bigger than the E36 so at most you'll be able to pump your guards to that of an E46 330. You'll need E46 M3 levels of flaring to fit that extra 19mm and allow for a safer 255 wide tyre.
Heres a pic showing the front: http://www.modbargains.com/images/Products/VelocityMotoring/HarrysBMW32.jpg
Thats 9.5inch wide with a ET30 offset and stretched 235's. Your ET10 10inch wide rims will sit 26mm further out. Again the E46 has larger front flares. You'll need M3 sized flares to fit that extra inch as that E46 with non-M flares is already pushing the limit.
Hopefully this confirms your decision.

bmjet thankyou for the help i really appreciate it.
I think im gonna do the e46 fenders. I do have coilovers
so the fitment i suggested is fine?
I really want the flush stance look, while maintaining some performance.
