Here's where I'm at; new starter, new batt and new EWS module; the car cranks with no prob when its cold, after I drive it and it is up to temp and I shut it down then try to restart, starter just clicks 10-15-20 times before it turns the starter and fires up... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...!

odds are a bad connection somewhere... more heat=more resistance=less juice to starter...
Be sure to check both the power path and the ground path. one is just as important as the other.

Probably dirty connections at the battery and / or starter. Go through all of them, front to back, clean 'em up and tighten. Make sure the battery is disconnected as you do this.
If cleaning and tightening doesn't do the trick, you may have a solenoid trying to take a dump on you. Probably getting hot and malfunctioning. If you're brave enough, have someone take a screwdriver or hammer and lightly tap on the solenoid as you turn the key the next time it fails to start. If it starts after getting banged, you've found yer problem.
