Will these wheels fit? Please advise

Car is 2006 BMW 330xi. The wheels are 18" style 32s, non staggered. 18x8, offset is et20. The ECS Tuning site says they fit all e90/91/92 cars but I want to make sure the offset is correct for this car. Here is a link to see wheels:

I have the wheels, I am selling them and the prospective buyer would like to know if these would fit.

The 20mm offset is going to stick out on the 330XI and will probably rub the fender.
