I currently have 19x8.5 +35 offset all round with 255/30 tyres front and rear. Big wheels to clear my big brake kit.
The tyres are very square on the wheels.
I'm thinking of going with 19x9.5 all round with +33 front and +43 rear.
This will help bring the fronts flush with the guards as I have 3 degrees negative camber.
The rear scrapes slightly with full load when cornering so the +43 offset should bring the centre of the tyre 8mm further in.
Has anyone used these rim sizes on an E36.
I was considering going +43 at the front and using a 10mm spacer so I can swap rims front to back.

A 19X9.5 wheel is not going to fit without modification, neagative camber and narrow tires. Using a spacer is going to push the whole thing out even further. I suppose with enough work you could make it fit.

Here are two pictures of E36's with 18x9.5's all round.
The first one has rear +35 offset and a front +25 effective offset due to a 10mm spacer with 245/35's tryes all round.
The second car is running +35 offset front and rear but with a 235/40 tyre. Now the question has to be asked, does the second car not require a spacer because of the tyres being 10mm narrower?

I'm talking 19inch with slightly wider tyres again.
Now the rear should be fine with a +43 offset and 255/30's. however at the front, I'm wondering about strut clearance. A +33 offset front 9.5inch rim should technically fit considering My current rims are +35 offset. As the current 255/30 tyres dont scrub going with +33 will move the tyre 2mm further away from the strut. However the rims inner lip will be 10/11mm closer to the strut. The outter face of the rim will be 14/15mm further out. Nice and flush.

Is this et43 all the way around? Shit I had 8.5 et 33 up front and 215 tires and I needed spacers. So with THAT tire, 10mm less et and a 1" wider rim.. holy jeesus you are going to need like 20mm spacers up front.
With a 43 offset on a 9.5 you might not even clear in the rear..

The problem is that with a 9.5 width wheel and then a spacer they are going to stick out of the wheel well. So be prepared to roll the fenders and run more negative camber and maybe even pull the fenders out some. Whether you need a spacer has a lot to do with the specific tire and suspension you have. I would say a spacer will be needed in the front.
