hey guys, im selling my old wheels. i was gonna keep them for winter wheels, but theres no point, theres barely a winter in northern california, haha.

on to it ... 17x8 et38 RD RGR with tires (would not drive on, barely any tread)
one or more have slight bends, but i could never actually find them ( you can see it on a balancer, but it was never an issue)

about 2 years ago i blasted these, primered, painted, and cleared them. have help up well.

need to sell quickly, and preferably locally since i cant carry all 4 wheels and tires in my car.

OP- Are the wheels bent or simply not balanced. Once weights are added, do they roll smoothly, or can you feel the bends in the wheels? Also, do you know appx how much they weigh?

i did not get a chance to check on that offset, i have been out of town for a few weeks and won't be returning for another 2 weeks.
i might be able to call someone to go check on it though.

ill tell you they arent bent like as if they were run over curbs, but just daily driving, occasional pothole. i remember last time i put tires on them they balanced out really well and while i did notice a slight shake in the steering wheel i'm not sure if it was because of the wheels or other worn suspension components.

at the same time as swapping on the new wheels, i also did new LCABS, control arms with bushings, and tie rods. so the exact cause was one of those things. it was VERY slight though.

im out of town right now but i will be home in 2 weeks, i can take very detailed pics if you want to see more, thanks!
