Hey guys, so here is my situation. I have a 1998 BMW 328is, converted to look like an M3. with that are the aftermarket rims and tires. On the back I currently have 255-35-18, and the fenders are rolled a little, but I just got new tires that have a pretty thick sidewall, therefore rubbing is pretty rough. My question is, since it is rubbing on the inside plastic wall, is it safe to remove that? If i am still properly cleaning the wheel well regularly? I've heard its safe, but I wanted to check with the experts :D Thanks alot everybody

ok so here is the update. I already have maximum camber, and no spacers. plastic is cut away already and fenders are already flared. Bottom line I had to buy new rear rims that were smaller. to still make it look alright I did get spacers to push the wheels out a little bit.
