I can't view video's at work so not exactly sure what idle problem you are having but its gotta be either a vacuum problem, fuel, or something with your ecu. Does it happen all the time, regardless of how warm the car is, when you drive it, etc?

that knocking is brutal, almost sounds like a leaky gasket

I agree I hear an exhaust leak, maybe at the downpipe or manifold

That's my thought, too.
+1 on the exhaust leak. Coulld be a bad choke valve on the exhaust manifold. The valve is supposed to only allow air from the secondary air pump into the manifold, but if defective, will allow air out. Take the intake hose to the pump off and feel if you are getting pressure out.
Get a hose or tube and listen to various parts of the engine/exhaust. I had a gap in the manifold where the flange is welded. A muffler shop was able to weld it back up. But, the pulsing was faster, due to 3 cylinders. Yours sounds more like one cylinder. Hopefully exhaust related and not cylinder head.

while you're at it, replace the clutch and flywheel
