Other than the horizontal lines on the front and rear bumper covers, the bumper covers make the car look better.

Are those covers so we can't see what prodution covers look like?

the rims on the silver car should be the production ones cause they arent black. It should look very close to final production also.:D

even the 5ers that are out right now have that "intercooler" look in the front air dams.

It will be interesting to see the unique colors that it comes out in... Personally i love the Imola Red E39's... I have even seen a BMW individual Dakar E39 M5 (ugly) so, it will be interesting to see what colors look good on that car...

not sure, but i bet they have a good reason.

another thing i've noticed on the new 5ers is that there is a lot of space between the front bumper and the engine bay. usually u just have the front bumper then right away everything else, but with the 5er there seems to be a void in between

The rear looks like crap, mainly the lights. It needs serious bodywork to look better than the e39 IMO. The mirrors look like regular non M mirrors, WTF?
