Flux capacitor?
Could be many things man. Check suspension on a lift, shock towers, driveshaft, axels ticking. Sounds like a problem which won't temporarily fix it's self so go to a shop.

Got mine checked out last month, hopefully you still can get it checked out and if necessary repaired. I thought it was ending soon.

So i just take my car to a bmw dealer and they check it for repair and then they will do the repair for free?

Hopefully, the deadline was October 4th. I took mine to my local bmw dealer they checked it and there were several cracks in my subframe. They welded on a whole new subfloor and gave me a rental for 5 days free. I was able to get it all done by the end of September. Like i read in the law suit the deadline to get it checked was Oct.4th. Anything after that would be out of our pocket! Opps......I rechecked the suit and it's no later than Oct.9th. So get the car inspected by the 9th. If it needs repair you're golden.

Hurry up, expect no leeway since they don't want to be doing this anyway...

I am a pre-owned bmw (http://www.midwesternbmw.com/used-inventory/index.htm?reset=InventoryListing) owner from the midwest... Can I ask you if your car was pre-owned and did you know the previous owner?

I went through Tulley in Nashua......they were great about everything. :D

There were various owners before me...however that didn't make any difference to Tulley when I brought it in for the inspection and they didn't care about the high milage either. They have employees that had their own cars done at like 150,000 miles.
