I bought a set for winter and found out the standard bolts I have don't fit the hole on the rims. The bolt head is a little too big.
Where do I find the needed wheel bolt?

Going to the wheel shop was my next move, obviously not Canadian Tire, are you kidding me? You mention them BMW and they roll themselves in the corner.
I was wishing someone could point me to some e-bay link or other online shop, can't find anything, I don't know what to look for.

These look like the stock BMW bolt?
This is what I have and it doesn't fit.

I have enough of these already.

Where did you buy these rims? I bought a set on Tirerack along with winter tires and Tirerack provided chrome bolts (wish they were black like the OEM bolts). They even provided instructions telling the purchaser to use the bolts shipped and not the ones already on the car.
I'm eyeing an OEM bolt and a Tirerack provided bolt and they are different as you describe.
Tirerack invoice describes the part as bc12X1.5 ul28 tl50.
Tirerack also provided the attachment to go on the impact gun or torque wrench to fasten the bolts.
Referred to as a 19/21MM tool for ext. spline drive style nuts.
Only reason I joined Bimmerforums was to pass along this information, hope this helps.

Thank for the info. Can't seem to find anything.
I hope the shop I got them from will be able to help.
