I have driven it year round for a little over two years and never had any issues.

I have a bunch of receipts almost an inch thick of all the parts and the work that has been done on the car. After I got the car, I always got it serviced at Orr Autosport here in MN.

In the interest of full disclosure, just wanted to let you know that my car was hit from behind at a traffic stop in Apr, 2009. It was a low speed hit, less than 15 mph. The repairs were done at a authorized BMW collision center here in MN and I have receipts of the fix and the damage from the insurance company. The rear bumber was repainted and the total cost of the service was a little over $2000. As far as I can tell I dont see anything indicating the hit.

Cooling system and RTABS are not yet replaced on the suggestion of Orr Autosport. They checked them and said that they were not due for replacement yet.

I have no idea as I never put it on a dyno. Initially thought of getting a shark injector for the intake, manifold and the exhaust but realized I was content with it the way it was.

The rear bumper and the area just below the trunk lid were repainted. The car was fixed in a BMW authorized collision center here.

Sorry havent checked the post in a while. Regarding your question, I dont have the original CSLs that the car came with.

Also nothing has changed with the suspension from the photo of 2008. The only think I can think of is the wheels and the tires giving an impression of it being lower.

Yup... I drove this car year round.. sun, rain, snow and salt.. At the same time as I mentioned earlier, during the winter, I cleaned the underside of the car every few days and also got it detailed completely inside and out after every winter..
