My buddy totaled his estoril 4door, I have a coupe. Hes going to go to the lot and swap out the parts he wants. I was wondering If(in value), Is it worth swapping out my SHHHHHHIT condition vaders with his 9/10 condition 4door front seats. Please let me know. He is going tomorrow. And also, If you guys know other parts I can swap out that are easy. I can't remember any on the top of my head right now.

How bad are your seats, if it has rips, foam coming out do it. If the leather is just really cracked they have kits to make it look brand new. I think its from leatherique.

Um no. I'm asking if its worth trading VADERS for REGULAR seats. Anyways, I traded myself some pepboy's floormats for ///M floormats. Also got a dinan ECU chip.

"Vader" seats seem to be insanely popular for some reason. They are crappy sport seats, and they are heavy. And uncomfortable.

But they look sweet, so people want them.

I have the luxury seats in my car, and would only change them out for Corbeau or Recaro leather racing seats to be honest. The vaders suck. And people want like 900 bucks for a nice set, when you can get the luxury seats for like 300.

It's just silly. If you want nice seats and they will be free, ABSOLUTELY change them out.

Is actually proven that klux seats have more side support, but F it, vaders look to sick. I just kept them. I'm goign to be re-upholstering them one day anyway.

I wouldn't...keep the vaders, but put in some recaros/sparcos/etc if you want more support for track days.

I'm waiting for my vaders to start to tear than something else is going in, and they're going to turn into computer chairs or stay in the basement. Maybe redo them with new leather.
They really are an awesome part of the E36 M
