Thats just a normal Sedan Baur, I've heard they made 1 or 2 M3 sedan Baurs

Dunno. Bet its ugly though. If you go into real OEM and go to euro e36 M3's you can't find any parts for the baur roof

Nope, they didn't do the M3 as a Baur TC4. The biggest engine you could get as TC4 was the 328i.

Ugly it may be, but I think its kinda cool
