have you tried Tirerack?

If there's an America's Tire Co (AKA Discountire.com) they'll price match Tirerack's price + shipping. Just ask

What ever you do, PLEASE DO NOT GET THE GOOD YEAR F1 ALL SEASONS...!!!!

Complete garbage!

I would suggest looking into:
1. Continental DWS tires
2. Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus tires
3. BF Goodrich G-force Super Sport A/S tires

The Continental DWS tires would be #1 on my list.

hey jason, did you have a bad experience with them? i have had them before and they seem okay. i got 30,000 miles out of the rears. one thing is they seem to get noisy after the first 10k. thanks for the heads up i will look into those tires you mentioned.

Yes.
I wasted approx. $800 on the F1's - 235-45-17's.
Right about at 10k miles, they would howl and grown!
I hated those tires with a passion.
Worst tire I have ever driven on.
Go read the numerous negative reviews on Tire Rack and Discount tire.
Trust me, the F1 all-seasons are garbage.
Good Year should really give back my money.
Really.

In contrast, my replacement tires were some Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus tires.
Best tire I have ever driven on.
In fact they out-perform my 18" Bridgestone Re-760 summer tires!
LOL!

The Michelins are my favorites, yes.
If you have lots of money, get the Michelins.
I would get the Continental DWS tires.

one thing i like about the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus tires is it seems they come with a 45,000 mile warranty. thats better than the 0 mile warranty my goodyear eagles had. hhmm you might just have sold me on those michelin's.

I think the Continental DWS tires have a 50k miles warranty.
Check them out on Tire Rack.
What size tire are you looking at?

The Continental ExtremeContact DW is a nice quality tire. PM Jim@tirerack.com for the best price. I'm running a set of the Hankook V12 Evo and they have been great.

Difference in ride?
Observations...?

well the biggest change is the noise factor. the car rides so quietly now. my friends will be amazed cause one of them commented that the car rode kinda loud and i know it was those eagle tires. the ride seems smoother. the tires were kinda spendy but hopeully will be worth it. thanks again for the heads up on the michelin's.
