Can these wheels/tires fit 2004 bmw 530i sport

I have 2004 bmw 530i with sports package, and I found a really good deal on a set of 20 inch borbet wheels with 245/40 tires all around. Width for all 4 is 9", offset for all4 is 15mm, 5x120 bolt pattern. Tire rack website suggests tires for 20" wheels to be 245/30 for the front while here they are all 245/40 so not sure if they would rub anything as these tires are 10mm higher then the tirerack website suggests. So can these fit without any rubbing issues?

Those tires are going to be too tall on your car. They are almost 2" taller than the OE tires. They were probably on a 7Series.
