Strange metallic rattling when car is cold?

I heard some strange metallic rattling from rear driver side of
the car.. but only when the car is cold and when the car's
starting to move from stop...

Could a broken exhaust hanger be the problem though I find it
strange that only when the car is cold....

probably a loose heatshield on the exhaust

heat shield, probably the one around the 02 sensor. Cut that thing off.
