Ok, I just swapped a ton of suspension components. poly urethane rtab and control arm bushings, coilovers, rsm's, sway bars, new wheels and 10mm spacers. I havent gotten the car aligned yet so Im sure it could be a HUGE factor. but my car shakes so bad around 55-60 +. Im just not convinced that the amount of shake could all be caused by just a bad alignment. I did not change my control arms and im really wondering if it could be caused by bad ball joints. Im really not sure what to check for with the control arms but I donno what do you guys think? get it aligned and I should be fine or do i have bigger issues here?

Did you check if your wheels are balanced?

Get the wheels balanced, but get your alignment done first. Sometimes it's something as simple as a loose tie rod.

Might be your spacers as well. The alignment would probably help a lot.

55 MPH shake is classic sign of unballanced wheels. It shows up out of nowhere at 55 gets worse and worse to 60-65 then starts to disappear 70+. Its pretty violent shaking at 60 too.
I just replaced all the front suspension components. I had pretty violent shaking when I would hit the brakes at 65+ It disappeared after I did the ball joints and tie rods. Even before the alignment it was gone. It felt just like warped rotors except it was steering wheel shake only, nothing in the brake pedals.
Just food for thought. How many miles on the ball joints etc? Over 80k? change them out. Or just do the tie rods first. They are easy and you need an alignment anyway. I bet you'll find the inner tie rods are toast like mine were.
