Hard to install electric seats?

Hey guys,
Got some brand spanking vaders which are electric/heated. Is it very hard to install them in to a car that doesn't have ore wiring for them? Got a 99 318is sport. Thanks

Let me know too. I have a 98 323i convertible, manual seat. Guy local here has 98 328 for parts, elec. seats. Am interested to hear how install goes for these.
