Hope some or all enjoy this..
Today I finished the quad light modification on the 750. Many thanks to Rodolfo for the light sockets!!!
I had done this before on the 740 and obviously hadn't learned a key element to this job....one nut will fall to a location you cannot see without tearing the trunk apart to find it.
Well on the 740 I actually saw the nut fall and saw it go under the plastic rear trim and then down to near the spare tire well. So easy enough I removed the trim and the plastic surround of the spare tire well and tada, success. NOT TODAY!!! :help
The west Texas heat made my brain fried and I forgot this today. So I'll let the picture talk for me.
FYI, for all those yet to do the modification, I did NOT HAVE to remove all the nav, cd, amp components to do the job. I just KNEW the nut had fallen under them and NOT in the same place it fell in my other car. :mad
