Hey guys as the title says im really unfamillier with how the suspention system works on my vehicle, its rather new to me and im so used to american cars :eek:

So iv purchased bushings to replace on the rear of the vehicle,
but i was wondering what all goes into the front suspension on the car.

Iv been looking around and found this,

http://www.racelandus.com/p-59-raceland-full-coilover-kit-for-bmw-e36.aspx

What else goes into it, any diagrams you could show?

Any information would be extremely helpful,

Thanks,

- Phil

If your looking to refresh the front suspension components you might want to consider some our Level II front suspension rebuild kit.

Our kit is for those who are looking to rebuild their front suspension on their E36 with upgraded Meyle HD components

Our Level II kit has been specifically assembled to include the 2nd stage of common wear items on your E36 or Z3.

Not only does this suspension rebuild kit replace those common wear items we upgrade your units with Meyle upgraded all metal ball joints & Meyle suspension bushings.

Change the way your E36 feels & even upgrade further than with parts from your BMW dealer. These control arms feature replaceable ball joints.

This ECS suspension rebuild kit includes the following:
* Meyle all metal ball joint control arms (left & right)
* Meyle upgraded control arm bushings
* Meyle related hardware
* Meyle sway bar link
* Meyle tie rod assemblies (left & right)

In regards to the kit you have linked above, I would recommend doing a complete upgrade front and rear. If your looking for coilovers on a budget, I suggest the FK Streetlines.

Looking for adjustability in your suspension but don't want to spend much more than a good spring/shock combo?

That is now finally possible with the new FK Street-Line E36 Coilovers. These new E36 coilovers feature a twin tube shock & give you a adjustment range of 40-80mm (1.7-3").

The have a 2 year limited warranty & feature a firm but not harsh ride, much like one you would get out of nicely tuned cup kit or spring/shock combo.

Simply the very best "bang for the buck" coil over for your E36 BMW!

awesome info!

my 99 328 got dx'd w/ a bunch of worn out suspension bushings. the ride is soft and chattery...would the front/rear rebuild kit plus coilovers cure my chatters?
