I was wondering if there are any differences between my 325is LCA/Knuckles vs M3 LCA/Knuckles?

If they are different what are the benefits of upgrading to the m3 parts? Sorry for the noob questions just trying to get all the facts straight.

Thank you for your time!

I'm not entirely sure on any of the following (sorry) but from what I remember... the non-m 3 series and '95 M3 share the same lca, but the lca bushings are offset on the M3 for more caster as opposed to centered. In '96 they switched back to centered bushings on the M3's and changed the geometry on the arm itself for caster. As far as the knuckles the M3 ones are made to fit the M3's larger brakes but they should all mount up at the same point to any of the control arms.

So if you want the added caster of the M3 you just need the offset lca bushings on your 325is. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much! That's what I had read as well about the bushing.

So are the rears different at all?
