WTB: E36 Parts to restore my 328i

Looking for the following parts:

E36 Shift Knob - m3 or not. Must be in good condition.
E36 Shift Boot Maybe?
E36 Coin Holder ( The P/c that goes in the middle of the console. )
E36 - Clutch Slave Cylinder.
