I've got some serious issues to work out with BMW NA. Does anyone know a good contact there? I'm on my second car in 4 months. The first, a new 03 325i died 12 miles after I left the dealer. Explanation was ignition coil. They dealer lied and told me there was a recall, but there never was any recall. I gave them the car back and bought an 03 325xi. About three weeks ago it started pulling hard to the right (diving is more accurate). I've had it in 4 times in for the same problem and they can't fix it. They say they've checked everything, alignment, suspension, tires, etc. At this point they're saying there is no problem because everything checks out to spec, but it still drives dead right. Basically, they gave me the big FU. Before I take action under the NY state lemon law, I thought I'd give corporate a chance to make me whole. The dealer could care less. I'm hoping someone here knows who I should contact.

Thanks, for the help.

Is this a joke or is there really a BMWNA Customer Rep trolling the boards? If so, that's a really smart move by BMW!

He posted that sticker thing about anti-theft, so I imagine he's legit.

The message/contact info is legit. Now we'll see how legit the customer service is. Interesting that BMW NA is cruising the boards. Maybe they're trying to avoid the problem Mercedes is dealing with, cars that don't work and pissed off customers.
