Advice sought on tires/rims

I have a 2009 328i xdrive coupe with sports package (with 225/45/17 non staggered)

Will switching to Beyern Mesh 18X8.5 rims with 40GBL and 235/40/18 tires all round create any unwanted issues.

Also can you point me in the right direction to get the best price (including insured shipping to 48855) on these rims in gloss black with machined lip and Yokohama S.Drives mounted and balanced (no TPMS)

The 235/40R18 is going to be about .4" taller than the stock tire. I also wanted to let you know that the S Drive is not going to give you any cold weather traction. There are also better handling tires for the same price or lower. If I can help with the tires let me know.
I do not carry the wheels though.
