Can someone identify this BMW and year possibly..

E46 M3, or else an E46 that someone spent a heck of a lot of money on to make look like an M3. Model years 2001-2006. Laguna Seca Blue, is it not?

Also note the car has aerodynamics, fender modifications and wheels (among other things) that set it apart from a stock M3. In other words, they didn't look like that from the factory.

I believe the color is Estoril Blue, which was a fairly common color on the fairly uncommon Z3M Coupes, and also appeared on some e36's and I think some very early e46 M3's.

this car has been around FOREVER. Craig Liberman built that car (created the Supra on F&F), it was dubbed Uber M3 so you can find a lot of info with that phrase. I believe after he sold it the new owner installed a SC on it.
