Would like to ask about Air intake

Hello I'm from Thailand. I would like to ask about the product "K&N Air Charger"(intake i guess) is available for BMW E39 523i year 2002 or not

And is that appropriate to use in street use car or in hot town like Thailand.(Bangkok)

Where can i buy the product.(I can't find any in my country)

There would be no reason as to not use on the street there in Thailand. K&N does currently make a complete intake system for the E39 523i.
