E46 or E93 - Which is it?

Hello everyone, just joined the board today. My wife and I just purchased a 2006 325Ci Convertible this weekend. So far, we love it.

Anyway, I've been reading through here and on some other BMW sites and am a little confused on the designation of this car. Some sites show, this car as a E46, but on Bimmer Forums, it would appear it's a E93.

Can anyone confirm which one it is?

Coupes and convertibles trail the sedans and wagons by a year.
Yours is an E46 - it's a ragtop. E93 convertibles have folding hardtops. The picture you posted in the intro thread is an E46. Nice; my E46 was steel blue, too.
