View Full Version : what hose is this?

i have an m50 engine and it is the hose that connects to the coolant reservoir on one side and to the radiator on the other side. i currently have a leak in that hose and need to replace it, any information i would really appreciate it

is it on the top or the bottom?

top, it runs right under the plastic cover on the top of the radiator

Just take a piece to the hardware store. That stuff usually runs about .40/ft. Just make sure you get the same or slightly smaller size since it stretches a bit over time. Any questions about which size to get go smaller.

Make sure you are very very carefull taking it off use a razor blade to take it off. When you go to tighten the small clamp be very very very carefull if you over tighten it it will brake and you will need to buy a radiator. It happned to me not a good thing.
