Bavauto.com has these for $25 in black or tan.

It's actually Bavarian auto recycling that has the part, not bavauto.com. Search for them on google. But I believe it's bmr.com

Can you post a picture of your whole headliner? I've been thinking of changing my tan to black, but leaving the handles and trim which is what I thing you have. I'd like to see it.

To change that to black you have to take it out. Instead of taking it out and replacing it with another color just take the old fabric off and recover it once you get it out. The whole job is 30 minutes once you get it out. Or you can go to any parts store and buy black fabric paint. That would take 10 minutes once you get it out.
