So one day I was on the BMW website looking for the pre-owned vehicles and I came across this, which puzzled me a bit... is this accurate?

(I'm in Canada)

2006 323i Sedan - 123,800 km
$12, 989

automatic transmission, premium package, black on black... then this is posted:

http://crm.bmw.ca/content/preowned/images/en/h_warranty.gif
http://crm.bmw.ca/global/images/x.gif
Expiration date:*
May 31, 2010
http://crm.bmw.ca/global/images/x.gif
Expiration kms:*
80,000 km

but don't they have the pre-owned warranty?

anyway... i ask this because the other pre owned 323i sedans are going for 22k + and the one i posted above is so cheap and very out of their ordinary pricing :S

thanks for your input guys!

Probably a typo.

Not all preowned vehicles are CPO. That said, price seems too low.

It could be in really bad shape, it is, after all, a 323 and that's a fair number of miles. It may also be a bad color that won't move and they just want to get rid of it. Instead of asking us, did you call the dealer and ask them about it?
