Elkhart Lake BRIC Pic's--and a award

Here are a few pictures I took this past weekend at the BRIC. It was a great time with lots of great cars, people, and food. I entered the Road and Track Concours event at a whim, thinking that I need something to do on saturday night. Well, as luck would have it, I took second place (out of 22), 75 total, behind a 1973 911 Porsche Targa. These cars were awesome, some of them rarly driven at all, but the judges must have thought that my 100M/day driver seemed nice. The trophy was very nice and will be valued for a very long time. If anyone has a chance to attend in the future, you'll have a blast from the past. :redspot

Man, I love Mark Donohue, The Unfair Advantage is one of my favorite books.
That looks like a great time.

I was in class C-E, 1970-2010 cars I believe. I lost the sheet listing exactly what years, but there were some fine cars in there. Mark Donohue was also my all time favorite driver. I've got a rare copy of his book signed by him just about a month before he was killed. To see 90% of the cars he drove all together was great and most took to the track.
