I need to clean my A/C vents!

I need some help everyone...

When I turn on my A/C, a bunch of black fiber blows out and all over the car. It looks like a piece of web strapping got caught somewhere in the system and is deterioating. This is a REALLY annoying problem because it gets all over EVERYTHING! Can someone help me and provide me a link on how to gain access to my vents so I can clean them out?
