Yo check out GTP in Edgewood. They are in the industrial park by the Ramada.

They do a lot of work on Porsches and I'm not even sure if they're in town because of race season...But it's worth a shot and they do really great work.

Ye ol wheel shop (I think that's what it's called) are supposed to be phenomenal. Do a quick search in the regional forum - you'll find an answer there.

ye olde wheel shop in elkridge is good if you have the time and patience to deal with them. call first and arrange a day to get it fixed, they do not like walk ups. but yes, their work is solid.
