Looking for new wheels..

Hey guys, I own a 1985 BMW 325e and am looking into purchasing some new wheels and tires for it, but I honestly have no idea what I'm doing. So I have a bunch of questions.
The first thing I've noticed is that my model's wheels only have 4 bolts holding them on. Nowadays every wheel uses 5 so what would I have to do to make a newer model wheel fit onto my car? Also what would be the appropriate size, and if anyone is from around the Detroit area where's the best place to purchase wheels?

a) the bolt pattern is 4x100, it's a fairly common bolt pattern. There is the option to convert to a 5x120 pattern but not worth the effort in my opinion

b) check the wheels and tires for sale section on here, you'll find a lot of 4x100 wheels
